Impact Aid

Parents, Your child has an Impact Aid form in their folder today. Please take the time this weekend and carefully read the instructions on filling the form out. Please fill out the form and return it to me on Tuesday, Sept. 4th. If these forms are not filled out correctly we will have to call you to come up to the school and fill out another one.
