This week we learned all about shapes!

 

We made shapes with our bodies...

 

We worked with friends to make tangram shapes...

We also learned to make AB patterns!

Impact Aid

Parents, Your child has an Impact Aid form in their folder today. Please take the time this weekend and carefully read the instructions on filling the form out. Please fill out the form and return it to me on Tuesday, Sept. 4th. If these forms are not filled out correctly we will have to call you to come up to the school and fill out another one. This week we learned all about centers!

Next week we will be learning about colors! Don't forget to check the calendar so that your child can wear the color of the day!

Banana Dogs

This week we continued learning about ocean animals. We also go to take a tour of our school kitchen and make some tasty banana dogs!

Bugs

*Parents please remember to return you kindergarten intent forms (green forms) and your kindergarten camp forms in on Monday!*

This week we learned all about bugs!

We played bug games on the smartbaord

 We learned about how spider webs work. The students saw how spiders can walk on their web when insects get stuck.

We also counted butterflies

Butterflies

This week we learned about butterflies. We learned about the lifecycle of a butterfly and made lots of butterflies to decorate our room. Next week we will learn about different kinds of bugs!
